All this week we have been working on a large scale project for a large finical institution. They came to us wanting to ship out promotional items to everyone of their employees, with over 25,000 employees they had a budget they had to keep in mind. Together we put together a custom printed promotional piece with a custom printed piece that went inside of it. We got to work and had all the pieces printed, then we had to use our man power to pair the pieces together and using a list they provided we had to pull out the correct number for each location. Due to USPS regulations we had to come up with a solution that would allow for the pieces to lay flat in the mailer allowing them to go through the mail processing machines.

We were able to get everything printed ahead of schedule which allowed us to keep a buffer with the hand stuffing of all the packets. We used our pick and pack location, we were able to set up an assembly line that allowed for us to use only three people. The job itself was done three days ahead of time using our time management skills. After all the packages are ready to go, sectioned them off by weight and used our truck to deliver them to the post office.

The client was happy to know that they were able to get their job out ahead of schedule. Due to getting it out days ahead of time they were able to save money on the cost of labor to put the project together. They were also happy with the fact that they could start their promotion ahead of schedule.
